The above prices are per booking not per person. Holiday Season bookings (Christmas, New Year and Easter) are charged at an additional rate - see below.
For daily maid/housekeeping service and cooked English breakfast in Gatehouse dining room, please add £20 per day per person.
A private cook is also available. Champagne and special flowers can be arranged for honeymoons/special occasions.
All prices are fully inclusive.
Over Christmas, New Year and Easter there is a four or five night minimum stay and an additional High Season Holiday rate is charged to accommodate our additional staffing costs. Please e-mail for exact Holiday High Season prices. Five nights over Christmas is £1250. Five nights over New Year is £1250. A discount will be given for a week or longer stay.
We prefer bookings to be taken for either a week, or from Friday to Sunday (two or three nights), or from Monday to Friday (minimum two nights). But we can allow flexibility if there is availability. One night stays are charged at the same minimum rate for two nights.
All bookings are for the entire Gatehouse property, which has its own garden area and parking. The same rate applies whether one or both master bedroom suites are used (on separate floors); or whether there are two guests or four. Child beds can be provided.
For larger parties, extra accommodation in our converted 19th century coach-house is also available for other guests and/or nanny/children. Housekeeping services and private cook are available as extras. Dogs are acceptable but we ask they sleep in the Gatehouse kitchen.

Complimentary guest passes to Katherine Swift's famous Dower House gardens at nearby Morville Hall, as featured in The Morville Hours (garden is open on Wednesdays and Sundays in the summer)

Butler, maid service and cook are all available on a daily basis for longer visits as well. Please ask for details.
Note: Please email for sample menus. This drinks/dinner option above can also be included for both nights with an extra charge. A wine list is available, or guests can bring their own.
How to book:
Please contact us to check availability (email bookings@uptoncressett.co.uk) or find us on Owners Direct. Once availability has been confirmed, fill in the booking form and return it to us by email or post. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remainder of the balance needs to be received in full no less than five days before arrival. Cheques should be made payable to "Upton Cressett Ltd".
